Thomas J. Foley
Thomas J. Foley is a graduate of Colgate University and Villanova University School of Law (J.D., 1993). Prior to founding Foley Perlman & Campbell, LLC, and the predecessor firm, Foley & Foley, LLP, Mr. Foley was associated with a large Manhattan litigation firm, as well as a small entrepreneurial firm, where he gained valuable experience in litigation and corporate concerns. Tom handles commercial and residential real estate issues, including environmental, zoning and land use concerns, institutional and private financing and condominium conversions. He also renders general business counseling to Limited Liability Companies, Corporations and Partnerships, in areas such as mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to his expansive transaction experience, Mr. Foley also has experience litigating, arbitrating and mediating complex commercial claims, real estate matters and general negligence cases in New York and New Jersey, as well as before the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Foley is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and the United States District Courts of New Jersey and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
He is an active member in the American Bar Association and is a
resident of Hoboken, where he lives with his wife, son and daughter.
Mr. Foley has also served his community as an assistant Public Defender
as well as a Commissioner of the City of Hoboken Zoning Board of
Adjustment.

Daniel T. Perlman
Daniel T. Perlman is a partner with Foley Perlman & Campbell, LLC, in the Hoboken, New Jersey office. His practice is primarily focused on real estate matters. Dan is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law, where he was Managing Notes and Comments Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal and author of “Who Pays the Price of Computer Software Failure?” published in the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal in the Spring of 1998. Daniel earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and prior to entering law school gained experience in the fields of construction management and environmental engineering.
Dan's particular areas of expertise include project development and approvals, condominium organization and conversion, land acquisition and disposition, private and institutional financing (both acquisition and construction), equity participation, structuring business entities and leasing.
He has represented clients both large and small, including, developers, condominium associations, private and institutional lenders, commercial borrowers, contract purchasers and sellers, landlords, tenants and commercial and residential property owners.
Prior to being a partner with Foley Perlman & Campbell, LLC, Dan was associated with the corporate and real estate departments in two multinational law firms, served one year as a law clerk to a presiding judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division and founded The Law Offices of Daniel T. Perlman.
Daniel is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He currently resides in Ridgewood, New Jersey with his wife and son.

Denise Campbell
Denise Campbell is the head of the Litigation Department
at Foley Perlman & Campbell, LLC. In 1989, she earned a B.S.
in Accounting from Clemson University and in 1992, she earned a
J.D. from New York Law School, where she received the Excellence
in Legal Writing Award for maintaining the highest average in the
legal writing class.
Ms. Campbell was a featured speaker at the New York State Bar Association
seminar entitled “Negligence in Commercial Establishments.”
She is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, The Defense
Research Institute and Trial Lawyers Care. Through her participation
in Trial Lawyers Care, a volunteer program to assist the FDNY and
NYPD victims of September 11, 2001 and their families, she assisted
two firefighters and one police officer in preparing the voluminous
and often complicated paperwork necessary to submit claims to the
Federal Victims' Compensation Fund for the damages they sustained
while on duty during that tragic day.
Over the past fourteen years, Denise has specialized in premises
liability and has developed a client base that includes The Gap,
Inc., Old Navy, Banana Republic and Saks Fifth Avenue. She also
works with major carriers and Third Party Administrators such as:
AIG, Zurich Insurance, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, General
Casualty, Royal and Sun Alliance, The Artis Group and Claims Administration
Corporation. Denise has tried many cases to successful verdicts
and settled or otherwise disposed of thousands of matters throughout
the State of New Jersey and within the five boroughs of New York
City, as well as Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and Rockland Counties
in New York State.
Denise is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts
in New York and New Jersey. She grew up in New Jersey and currently
resides in Manhattan. She is an active participant in fundraising
for the American Diabetes Association.
