Foley Perlman & Campbell, LLC litigates, arbitrates and mediates general liability matters in New York and New Jersey. Our cases, venued in state and federal courts as well as before the American Arbitration Association, encompass a wide array of actions, including premises liability, automobile liability, employment law, construction matters, and insurance law. We focus on reaching an expeditious and favorable resolution of each matter. If an early resolution is not feasible, however, we are fully prepared to litigate the matter to verdict. We also employ our litigation experience to formulate risk management strategies to limit our clients' future liability.

Foley Perlman & Campbell, LLC is experienced in counseling clients in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate. We are well equipped to assist our client – major developers, general contractors, and individuals – in all real estate practice areas, including site development (zoning variance, and special permits), acquisitions, sales, condominium conversions, and leasing. We also counsel our clients concerning environmental concerns in connection with property acquisition. Our experience in matters focusing on the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and the state analog to federal statutes, prepares us to respond to the complexities of environmental responsibility.
